We are looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our team!  

Salary starting at $80,000+ DOE!

A Day in the Life:

  • Revise or develop and set standard operating procedures, best practices and guidelines forhigh volume onboarding
  • Prepare reports and analyze departmental data to improve processes, ensure resources areproperly allocated and maximize efficiencies within department
  • Develop and continuously identify improvements to training curriculum
  • Review, identify and improve the department to be holistic and scalable while leveragingtechnology to provide a world-class onboarding experience for contingent workers
  • Drive the strategy and execution of improving existing and designing new onboardingprograms and resources; identify new approaches to solve problems and reframe systemsto achieve desired outcomes
  • Understand business trends, needs and goals and implement onboarding tools, resourcesand initiatives accordingly
  • Manage performance and ensure team works in a cohesive and accountable manner;addressing issues that may occur and escalating matters as necessary
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated matters including candidates in the onboardingprocess, vendor relations (background and drug screening companies) and internal client-facing team(s)
  • Act as a liaison between operational departments and sales team to ensure an efficientand timely onboarding process, allowing for optimal revenue
  • Review client MSA’s and ensure compliance requirements is setup correctly; makerecommendations on new client onboarding criteria and workflows

You Proudly Possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field required
  • Demonstrate and possess strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute actionable and measurable strategies
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience leading large-scale initiatives, projects and experiences
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing a team comparable in size
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven dispute resolution skills
  • Understanding of federal, state and local equal employment opportunity laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
